Accurate Network Intelligence to Make Informed Business Decisions

The BsL Clearsee Network Analytics software is compatible with a number of hardware platforms with varying CPU power, storage capacity, and memory resources, and it is well-suited to a wide range of project sizes. Platforms for small projects with fewer than 100,000 data users, platforms for projects with up to one million subscribers, and platforms for more than one million subscribers are among these hardware options.

BsL offers a highly resilient collection of scalable “pay-as-you-grow” platforms in addition to its standalone platform offerings. Data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) are placed on different hardware platforms in this cluster platform. Two nodes, which offer great resilience, are used to install the BI. With a highly resilient “pay-as-you-grow” scalable design, the DW can have as few as multiple nodes or as many as it wants.

BsL’s bare metal platforms or comparable operator equipment that satisfies the same specifications can be used to install BsL Clearsee software.

Deeper Understanding. Better Business Insight.

Whether you operate a network business or a business network, BsL’s actionable analytics will give you deeper understanding of your network and its users.

Network and Operations specialists acquire insights through visual reports and analysis of network traffic, online activity, and unusual traffic levels, along with details about their origins. For instance, real-time reports can reveal which applications and devices are utilizing bandwidth in a persistently congested cell, while historical data can help pinpoint traffic trends and their potential impact on network performance over time. Regular reports—whether daily or weekly—that outline bandwidth usage, volume of usage, video and HTTP Quality of Experience (QoE), signaling traffic, average bitrates, opened sessions, and other critical metrics enable operators to identify areas of concern and plan accordingly.

In order to help with consumer segmentation and service planning, marketing experts are able to measure and describe subscriber activity. To improve response rates and boost customer lifetime value, for instance, subscriber-application-device usage data can be utilized to identify consumers who are most likely to respond to a service plan upgrade. Marketers can create their own reports using the system’s adaptable self-service approach to quickly investigate use trends and anomalies.

Report dashboards that highlight the important performance indicators they wish to follow, such as tracking the uptake and performance of recently released services by area or demographic, give executive management a consolidated perspective of their network business. Web-based dashboards can be seen from anywhere at any time on a variety of devices.

A Powerful Self-Service Approach to Analytics

BsL Clearsee provides a complete toolkit for analyzing network usage data with extreme ease and efficiency. And we’ve put all the tools behind a single pane of glass:

  • Real-Time Network
  • Monitor  Network Metrics
  •  self-service Reports

Real-Time Monitor

With BsL’s real-time monitoring dashboard, you can see subscriber and network consumption in real time. Network activity is reported in seconds by live, self-refreshing performance measurements. You can focus on issues and troubleshoot more quickly with one-click drill down. You can effortlessly transition between real-time views and longer-term measurements since all Clearsee dashboards are housed behind a single pane of glass.

Traffic according to the policy-enforcement components you’ve specified for each application, subscriber, location, link, etc. is also included in real-time views. Tracking the real-time activities of specific individuals, distant locations, WAN networks, or any other component linked to an enforcement policy is made simple with this degree of granularity. Additionally, live dashboard views can be tailored to your specific needs and business objectives.

Insightful Network Metrics

Your stakeholders may easily measure and visualize the most important network and user activity with Clearsee reporting dashboards. Reports on dashboards are interactive and connected. The dashboard’s other reports are automatically updated and refreshed when you drill down or modify a report’s data fields. Individual dashboards and reports can also be readily customized. Reporting dashboards are arranged according to the domains—Network, subscriber, Device, Experience, and security—that are relevant to all network operators.

Self-service Data Mining

BsL Clearsee Network Analytics is built for flexibility and ease of use, allowing you to go beyond predefined reports or fixed analysis methods. As business needs evolve or new data becomes available, the self-service analytics module enables you to shape your own queries and uncover answers to sophisticated business challenges—such as identifying new service and market opportunities ahead of competitors or understanding how to significantly enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Although the self-service module is simple enough for non- technical users, it also serves as a powerful tool for expert analysts who now have access to richer, more detailed, and more accurate source data than ever before. Custom and ad hoc analyses or reports can be created without requiring software coding or version upgrades. Users can explore changes and test what-if scenarios instantly. With self-service, you can investigate specific issues, evaluate strategic options, and often uncover unforeseen problems or new opportunities.

Open solution

BsL’s Clearsee Network Analytics is an open, standards-based platform built on industry APIs. It provides full flexibility for orchestration and easy integration with a customer’s existing data lake, data pond, and Oss/Bss systems. Clearsee supports various machine-to-machine APIs, including REsT for request/response operations, ODBC/JDBC for database extraction, and smart Data Export files that allow customizable data formats via push or pull workflows.

Tight security

Because data privacy and integrity are critical for network operators, BsL includes strong security controls that allow administrators to manage user access to applications, data, and analytics tools. Administrators can manage:

  • Access Authentication – login permissions
  • Functional Privileges – which system functions each user/group can access
  • Object Permissions– which business objects each user/group can use  Data security Filter – which data each user/group can view
  • Database security – direct access to the BsL data warehouse

Data science services

BsL’s Data science service team can assist in identifying and acquiring the most relevant datasets and creating tailored reports for your specific analytical use cases. With their expertise, they can streamline the process by aggregating the right data, generating customized reports, and building dashboards that quickly deliver meaningful insights.
