Achieving true business success goes beyond profit margins, strong customer service, and technological advancements. It also requires corporate responsibility — a commitment to our employees, society, and the environment. The core objective of the BSL Quality Management System is to ensure that we consistently provide secure, reliable, and high-quality products, services, and solutions — delivered correctly the first time, every time, and on schedule.

ISO-14001

We have implemented a strong yet adaptable Environmental Management System that adheres to international standards. Our ISO 14001 certification supports our ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency while continually reducing our environmental footprint.

ISO-27001

We have developed a strong and adaptable Quality Management System that meets globally recognized standards. We are fully certified under ISO/IEC 27001, the only auditable international standard that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This certification outlines the processes for establishing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and continually improving a comprehensive framework designed to manage and protect our information assets.

EU-ROHS

The European Union’s Restrictions on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive plays a crucial role in reducing the environmental impact of hazardous materials used in electrical and electronic products. We understand the importance of adhering to global regulations that limit the presence of such substances, and we continuously update our processes to ensure full compliance. Previously We revised the design and manufacturing of our products to meet the requirements of the original RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC), which restricts the use of six specific hazardous substances in electronic and electrical equipment. We further enhanced our compliance in accordance with the RoHS II (recast) Directive (2011/65/EU), which introduced additional obligations related to CE marking and technical documentation, even though the list of restricted substances remained unchanged. In addition, our products also became compliant with the mandatory labeling rules under China’s “Measures for the Administration of the Control of Pollution by Electronic Information Products” (China RoHS).

REACH and SVHC

The Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 represents Europe’s modern approach to chemical safety. REACH establishes a comprehensive system for collecting information, assessing risks to human health and the environment, and authorizing or restricting the use and marketing of chemicals.

To the best of our knowledge, our products do not contain any of the current candidate Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in concentrations exceeding 0.1% weight by weight (w/w). We are collaborating with our supply chain to confirm this information and will update this declaration promptly if there are any changes or if new substances are added to the candidate list. Information will also be made available to consumers upon request, and we encourage regular visits to this site for the latest updates.

Conflict Minerals Statement

We recognize that the trade of conflict minerals from the eastern regions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) may contribute to human rights violations in the area. These minerals and their refined forms—Tantalum, Tin, Tungsten, and Gold—are used in the products and markets served by our company. In response, we support initiatives by governments and organizations aimed at improving supply chain transparency and promoting the sourcing of conflict-free minerals.

To comply with regulatory requirements, we have implemented a thorough process that strengthens supply chain due diligence and internal controls for these minerals. Based on the information received from our suppliers to date, we are not aware of any conflict minerals originating from the DRC or neighboring countries within our supply chain.

BSL “Going Green” Initiative

We are dedicated to environmental protection through our BSL Going Green initiative, which addresses the ecological impact of our products throughout their entire lifecycle — from development and manufacturing to usage, servicing, and end-of-life. By incorporating environmental policies into our design and production processes, we demonstrate socially responsible business practices that minimize the environmental footprint of our products.
